After Oct. 1: $159 + HST = $178.08

Refund and cancellation policy

WorkSafeBC exercises the right to offer this event based on meeting minimum enrolment. This event may be cancelled twenty (20) days prior to the event date. If the event is cancelled, each registrant will be notified by telephone, followed by written notification, and a full refund. WorkSafeBC is not responsible for any other costs, including but not limited to airline or hotel penalties.

If you would like to cancel your registration, you must do so before October 9, 2011; your registration fee will be refunded minus a $25 handling charge. After October 9, 2011, requests for refunds will not be granted, but substitutes are always welcome. No-shows will not receive a refund or transfer option.

Plenary Sessions
As an organization accredited to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians by the Committee on Accreditation of Continuing Medical Education (CACME), the UBC Division of Continuing Professional Development designates this educational program as meeting the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 3.5 Mainpro-M1 credits. This program has been reviewed and approved by UBC Division of Continuing Professional Development.
