Accreditation
As an organization accredited to sponsor continuing medical education for physicians by the Committee on Accreditation of Canadian Medical Schools (CACMS), the UBC Division of Continuing Professional Development designates this educational program as meeting the accreditation criteria of the College of Family Physicians of Canada for up to 7.0 Mainpro-M1 credits. This program has been reviewed and approved by UBC Division of Continuing Professional Development. Each physician should claim only those credits he/she actually spends in the activity.

Refund and cancellation policy
WorkSafeBC exercises the right to offer this event based on meeting minimum enrollment. This event may be cancelled twenty days prior to the event date. Each registrant will be notified by telephone, followed by written notification and a full refund. WorkSafeBC is not responsible for any other costs, including but not limited to airline or hotel penalties. Cancellation requests must be received no later than October 9, 2009; the registration fee will be refunded, less a $25 handling charge.
After October 13, 2009 requests for refunds will not be granted, but substitutes are welcome.
No shows will not receive a refund or transfer option.
